Location

I work out of Inferno Gym, located at 35 Moss Street, Paisley PA1 1DL, in the heart of the town, just beside Gilmour Station. The Hunter Street car park is directly opposite the building, with additional on-street parking available nearby. Plus, parking is free after 6:15pm.

Home Visits

I offer home visits for existing clients upon request, subject to availability. Travel costs are calculated at 55p per mile, based on the distance from my location (35 Moss Street, PA1 1DL) to yours, and back. The first 10 miles are included in the treatment cost, meaning there’s no additional charge if you're within that range. For distances beyond 10 miles, a mileage fee will be added to your treatment cost.

To check your distance, use Google Maps – simply enter your address and mine to calculate the mileage. Please remember to add the return journey also.

If you're interested, feel free to reach out – I’d be happy to discuss availability and any details with you.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash on the day of your appointment. Unfortunately, I do not currently accept card or online payments.

For first-time clients, a £10 deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is refundable if you need to reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the appointment to someone else. In this case, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to the full fee. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

What to expect

  • Before your session

Before your treatment begins, first-time clients will be asked to fill out a short consultation form to capture any medical conditions, areas of tension, and personal preferences. This helps ensure the massage is tailored to your needs and is both safe and effective. Repeat clients will have a chance to disclose any changes since their first consultation, ensuring that each session continues to meet their needs. Your therapist will also explain what to expect during the session and answer any questions you may have.

  • During the massage

After your consultation, I will step out of the room to give you privacy to undress and lie on the massage table. You can wear underwear or shorts for comfort. Your modesty will always be respected, and you will be covered by a sheet or towel at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed. During the massage, I will use a variety of techniques to help relax your muscles, ease tension, and promote overall well-being. Communication is key, so please let me know if you’d like any adjustments in pressure or focus areas.

  • After your treatment

Once your session is complete, I will give you a few moments to relax before getting dressed. It’s common to feel deeply relaxed or even a little lightheaded, so take your time before standing up. Drinking water after your massage can help flush out toxins and keep your body hydrated.

  • How will I feel afterwards?

Many clients feel immediate relief, improved flexibility, and a sense of deep relaxation. Some may experience mild soreness, especially after a deep tissue massage, which is normal and should fade within a day or two. Regular massage sessions can enhance long-term results, keeping your body and mind in optimal balance.
